How to install
No additional configuration is required. To install and use the app:
In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations → Marketplace, search for “Ticket PDF Download”, and click Install.
Open any ticket; the app appears in the sidebar as “Ticket PDF Download”.
Optionally check “Include internal notes” and “Include side conversations”
Click “Download PDF” to export the ticket snapshot.
