Data handling & privacy

How to install

No additional configuration is required. To install and use the app:

  1. In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations → Marketplace, search for “Ticket PDF Download”, and click Install.

  2. Open any ticket; the app appears in the sidebar as “Ticket PDF Download”.

  3. Optionally check “Include internal notes” and “Include side conversations”

  4. Click “Download PDF” to export the ticket snapshot.
