Every month new apps and integrations are added to our Apps Marketplace. The more the merrier, we say. From telephony solutions to on-boarding tools to meeting accessibility requirements, there's a little something for everyone.

Myndbend Process Manager
Myndbend Process Manager gives you a flexible and easy way for agents to build custom processes in Zendesk. Create an approval workflow, break up requests into sub-tickets, automate templated ticket creation, and build out a custom on-boarding process or other common practices. The applications are plenty. You can even generate templates to help you automate the creation of repetitive tasks.

Tickler PLUS
Tickler PLUS expands on the features of Tickler FREE by giving you access to premium features like the ability to save a to-do list as a template, and to set a new available status for your to-do list items. Tickler PLUS helps keep track of your to-do list while you're working on a ticket.

AudioEye empowers Zendesk customers to make their Zendesk Help Center, as well as their own websites, compliant with web accessibility standards and best practices. As the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 and 508 compliance become more important for businesses, AudioEye can help to make sure your site meets all accessibility requirements.

Agent Scripting
Agent Scripting is brought to you by Zingtree, giving your agents access to pre-built scripts for handling calls in any support environment. You can quickly get your agents up to speed on the troubleshooting steps they need, and even see what steps another agent may have already taken, keeping your team from asking duplicate questions.

Nutshell is a next-generation, collaborative CRM made for small businesses. Stay on top of all of your customer interactions by seeing all of your Zendesk interactions with your customer in Nutshell feeds. You can also view and create Nutshell contacts from a Zendesk app as you work on tickets so you know can always address your customers properly with information about them from Nutshell.

Litmos LMS
Litmos is an award winning learning management system and the most user-friendly in the world. Help get your customers up to speed on topics by assigning them courses and content from your Litmos course library. You can assign courses directly from a Zendesk ticket in one click, and can see how customers have performed in past courses.

Delighted is the fastest and easiest way to gather actionable feedback from your customers. Using the Net Promoter System to gather feedback from your customers, you can easily integrate Zendesk with Delighted to send beautiful, real-time surveys and create rules in Delighted to create a Zendesk ticket if a Delighted survey meets a particular set of criteria. Scores are synced to Zendesk to give your support team more insight as they work with customers.

Round Robin
Round Robin is an app that helps to automate the ticket assignment process. Round Robin can automatically monitor a Zendesk view, and then assign tickets to your team based on the current number of tickets they currently own, or on a particular skill set in a topic or function.

Virtual Line
Virtual Line is one of the easiest and powerful tools for creating a telephony solution on the web. Easily design your IVR with Virtual Line’s block design system, personalize your greetings, and manage your service requests. Virtual Line will create tickets automatically inside Zendesk when calls are answered by agents to help improve the productivity of your support team and cut down on the manual process of typing information into a ticket.

OnBoardify is a collaborative automation platform built specifically for on-boarding customers. You can easily engage and connect with your site visitors as they sign up for their trials and get set up with your system. Tie information from Zendesk to OnBoardify so you get a full picture of the customer experience with your product.

Plus, new in Zendesk Labs:
Zendesk Labs is a testing ground for some cool experimental tools put together by the Zendesk development community. While they are subject to change and have various levels of support, they do provide some pretty cool features that may someday make it into the marketplace as official apps. Make sure you read over the disclaimer when installing the app!

  • Max Wrap Up Time. A simple app for Zendesk Voice users to allow for them to modify the amount of time a Voice call is left in the wrap up state.
  • REPL. A more developer-focused app, REPL is a Read-Eval-Print-Loop console that allows for app developers to try out the framework APIs directly from within Zendesk. Very useful for debugging your code or experimenting with the apps framework.
