Tip of the week: better analysis through native reporting and views

Many Zendesk users take advantage of our integration with GoodData to get granular reports and gain more insight into how their account is working. Although this free integration with Zendesk is only available on the Plus and Enterprise plans, Regular, and Starter plans are not entirely left behind.

With Zendesk's native reporting and views feature, you can better analyze your business and performance. It just requires a little digging! In the latest tip of the week, we'll take a look at tracking our high priority tickets that may not be falling within our ticket resolution time frame. In this case, we want to ensure that our high priority tickets are being resolved within 24 hours from the requested date.
