Features and Functionalities for the More Storage Deployed Associated Service:

As of Subscriber’s execution of the Order Form that references Subscriber’s purchase of one or more units of this Deployed Associated Service (“Add-On”), the features and functionality detailed below will be provided to Subscriber. Zendesk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update these Add-On features and functionality detailed below, but agrees that these Add-On features and functionality will not be materially decreased during the Subscription Term.
As detailed in the Documentation, Zendesk imposes storage limits on the total combined data size of all Zendesk Support objects (“Data Storage”) and on the total combined file size of all files attached to records in Support (“File Storage”).
Purchase of a single unit of this Add-On will add the following additional storage to Subscriber’s Support storage limits:

Purchase of multiple units of this Add-On will add the above additional storage to Subscriber’s Support storage limits, multiplied by the unit quantity purchased. For example, if Subscriber purchases three units of this Add-On, Subscriber’s Support storage limits will increase by 1500 MB with respect to Data Storage, and 75 GB with respect to File Storage.
In the event Subscriber exceeds the Support storage limits under the Zendesk Support Service Plan and applicable Add-On units that are purchased, Zendesk reserves the right to charge Subscriber for additional usage or curtail Subscriber’s usage as set forth in the Documentation.
As set forth in the Documentation, Purchase of this Add-On is available only to customers on applicable Service Plans (currently, Professional or Enterprise but subject to revision in the Documentation).
Other benefits or increased limits associated with purchase of the Add-On, if any, will be detailed in the Documentation.
