Marketing Intern
Zendesk is looking for a smart and creative Marketing working student or intern to join us in our Berlin office. You will work closely with our Central & EMEA Marketing team to support activities, campaigns and initiatives across our DACH region!What you get to do every day:
- Help us deliver great Marketing campaigns in the DACH region: Learn the full Marketing Mix and executing campaigns from start to finish
- Events: Become an Certain Event Tool expert, set up events registration pages, manage registrations, organise and help manage events on-site.
- Marketing automation & tracking: manage list uploads, enhancing & cleansing of lists from all Marketing activities, such as Direct Mail campaigns, events, etc.
- Swag & Give Aways: research, order and send out swag & give aways, e.g.for events
- Marketing procurement support: hand in and monitor contract reviews, PO orders & invoicing with our Marketing suppliers
- Office management support: help make the Berlin office a great place to work
- CSR: execute and manage Corporate Social Responsibility Programs in Germany
- Develop the skills to become a tech marketer
- Learn the process of running campaigns from start to finish

- As a Product Management intern, you will work closely with different stakeholders - engineers, user experience designers, product marketers, sales team, customer advocates and data analysts - which are involved in building/shipping a product feature from conception to rollout.
- You will work on live projects and learn about:
- Problem-solving, defining very abstract problems and solving through technology.
- How to identify and measure the success of the product feature.
- Product planning, building and shipping the product feature by working closely with different stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently in final year of undergrad. MS or MBA will be a plus.
- Some experience working in software is preferred.
- Deep interest in product management as a career.
