How to install
How to Install Accoil
- Sign up for an Accoil account at www.accoil.com and complete the setup.
- Once your account is ready, return to the Zendesk Marketplace and click Install.
- Follow the installation steps to authorize Accoil for your Zendesk account.
- The Accoil app will appear in the contact, and support ticket sidebars, displaying real-time engagement insights based on product usage.
