How to install

Requirements

The Zalo Channel Integration needs a Zalo Official Account, you create or you are admin of this OA.The Zalo OA must be approved.

Preparation

  1. Install the Zalo Channel Integration from the Zendesk Marketplace

  2. Go to 'Channel integrations' in your Zendesk Support settings

  3. Select “Zalo Channel”

  4. Review the “General Information” tab and make changes if applicable

  5. Select the “Accounts” tab and press “Add an account”

  6. In the pop-up page, set the Name for your OA

  7. Set your Zalo Token (You can get the token from the link below the text box)

  8. Set the Optional Settings (Priority, Type, Tags)

  9. Press “Submit”
  10. That's it! Start chatting with your customers
