How to install
Installation instructions
Using UTM Coach Autotagger for Zendesk Support is, summarized, as simple as: installing the app and setting up the parameters to match your tracking needs.Follow the instructions below and you'll be attributing all traffic from your emails in no time!
We'll go through all possible settings:
- Set your default (base) URL. For our website it is https://www.utmcoach.nl, if you run nike.com it would be https://nike.com
 Change the UTM medium and source to your preferred values. In most cases (99/100) the default value (email/zendesk) are perfect.
- Setup your Campaign. You have two options: 
Set a static value (eg. support).
- Set a dynamic value that refers to a ticket field or a custom user field. See https://www.utmcoach.nl/autotagger-for-zendesk-support/ for detailed instructions. Say you have a custom field with a customer segment (with the field id 20878199726993) you would like to use, then you could insert %ticket.custom_fields.20878199726993%.
 If you have a few campaign-values that your agents use regularly, you could setup those options in the UTM Campaign Options field. But be aware, those values can not be used in the automagically tagging. Cause UTM Coach has no notion to why and when to use which option.
 Set up any extra custom query-parameters you would like to add to your trackable links. s. For instance for recognition of users on landing. Insert as an JSON object. Use placeholders to dynamically insert values. E.G. {"emailhash":"%emailhash%", "name":"%requester.name%"}. - If you want to make use of our automagically tagging, make sure to check the "Autotag on Send"-checkbox.
 - If you have one or multiple domains to be used for autotagging (opposed to tagging every link in the message) use the designated field to insert your taggable domains in a comma-seperated string. Eg. utmcoach.nl,utmcoach.com,utm.coach. It is strongle recommended to insert at least one domainname here.
