How to install

Note: You should have a Zoho Lens account to get started with 15-day free evaluation to enable Zendesk integration. It would help you provide visual remote assistance a lot easier right from your tickets.

To Configure Zendesk in Zoho Lens

  • Log in to Zoho Lens

  • Navigate to Settings

  • In settings, goto Integrations>Apps

  • Search for Zendesk support and click CONFIGURE

  • Enter the sub-domain and click ENABLE

  • Now enter your Zendesk credentials and click Sign In

To Install Zoho Lens

  • Install Zoho Lens from Zendesk Marketplace

  • You can initiate an AR remote assistance session directly from the ticket
