StackTome is a Review Optimization platform for D2C eCommerce brands designed for getting more reviews on multiple review platforms. StackTome helps you segment your best customers, and send targeted review invitation campaigns, so you can get more reviews & manage reputation.
With this app you will be able to not only reply to any service and product reviews you get on Trustpilot, Google Business and Feefo, but also include all the details in the ticket related to the order and customer that left you a review. This allows your agents to address the root cause of customer problems and recover from negative reviews.
The app works with any free or paid account review platform plans. To use it you can sign up for a free trial here (included in any paid plans Basic and above).
Features
- Publish specific reviews from Trustpilot, Google Business and Feefo (filtered by sentiment, rating, keywords) as Zendesk tickets and reply to them directly from Zendesk.
- Include additional information associated with the review about customer, order, and product.
Get AI suggestions customized for your account using the latest OpenAI models.
- Use StackTome customer segmentation to target these tickets for recovering negative reviews.
