Rulebase is built with security, compliance, and trust at its core. We follow strict policies to protect customer data:
Data Handling: We collect only the minimum data required to deliver contracted services. Customer data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Model Usage: When leveraging LLMs for analysis, all data is processed in accordance with customer agreements. Sensitive information is redacted where appropriate.
Retention & Deletion: Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations. At a customer’s written request, data will be deleted or returned within 30 days unless law requires retention.
Storage & Hosting: Data is stored in secure cloud environments, encrypted both in transit and at rest (AES-256). Services run in isolated Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) with strict access controls.
Security Practices: We maintain a dedicated security and compliance team, conduct regular third-party penetration tests, and support SSO and SAML. We also run a vulnerability disclosure program. Security concerns can be reported to security@rulebase.co.

How to install
Click Install to add Rulebase to your Zendesk account.
In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and Integrations > My Apps.
Select Rulebase and open the settings panel.
Enter your Rulebase API key (available in your Rulebase dashboard).
