At StatusHub, we help you to quickly and easily communicate with your customers when downtime happens. Through your dedicated StatusHub you can communicate both planned and unplanned incidents with your customers and internal staff. Those who are subscribed to your StatusHub can receive email or SMS updates anytime you update your hub.
To help your support team resolve tickets that may be created a result of these issues we have created an app that will allow your support team to view any issue that has happened up to 90 days in the past along with any maintenance planned for 90 days into the future.
With this view available within the apps panel it will assist your team as they resolve your customers queries.
How to install
In order to install StatusHub app for Zendesk you have to perform following steps:
Prerequisites:
You are the administrator of an active hub in StatusHub
Enable the Zendesk application via the "External Applications" section of StatusHub control panel
Copy the token##Installation steps:
- Click on the Install button in the Zendesk Marketplace
Input the token
If needed edit the parameters used by StatusHub app
Parameters descriptions:
Days range -
This limits past events shown by the app that occurred in the last X days. For example to show only events from last 7 days, please input 7 as Days range - value.
Value can be from 1 to 90.
Days range +
This limits future events shown by the app that will occur over the next X days. For example to show only events that will occur in next 3 days, please input 3 as Days range + value.
Value can be from 1 to 90.
Events limit
This will limits the app to show only X events starting with most recent ones.
Value can be from 1 to 20
