How to install

Welcome to Forethought Assist.

  1. Sign up on our website. We will contact you soon after to provide the necessary credentials.

  2. In the Zendesk Marketplace, click the Install button

  3. Once installed, you will see a form:

  • api_key - (API Key) Create one at Admin > API > Token Access and copy/paste it here.

  • your_email - Enter your email so we know which administrator installed the app (e.g.: myname@mycompany.com)

  • org_secret - The code you received from us when you signed up.

  • Navigate to any ticket. You should be able to see Agatha Answers under Apps.
