The installation process is simple and takes less than a minute, no coding skill is required to install and use Centribal Platform. You just have to follow these steps:
Step 1 Create your account on Centribal Plataform.
Step 2 After signing up, you will be redirected to the staging page where you have to fill information like Project Name, create intents, create web chat interface.
Step 3 Create the Zendesk Support integration adding the Zendesk subdomain, the administrator e-mail and a valid API Token.
