Getting Started

  1. First generate a Rootly API key by going to User Settings → API Keys.
  2. Click the Install button above (on this page) to install the Rootly app in your Zendesk account.

  3. Enter your Rootly API key generated in step 1 in the API key field.

  4. Navigate to a support ticket and view the Rootly app in the sidebar. If you're asked to install the integration please do so.
