Click links integrated into Zendesk that jump you directly to the relevant IT infrastructure CI details page in Device42
Customize Zendesk by adding your auto-discovered Device42 infrastructure items as columns in your Zendesk custom views

Como instalar
To install Device42 Connector sign in to your Zendesk account. Click the gear icon in the lower left, then click the “Marketplace” link. Search for “Device42 Connector” and install the plugin. In the Device42 Connector app configuration section, set the verification token. You can obtain a verification token from the Device42 external integrations page.
