Como instalar
To connect Zendesk to Databox:
Log in to your Databox account at app.databox.com
Go to Data Manager > + New connection
Search for "Zendesk" and select it
Click "Connect" and authorize Databox to access your Zendesk data
Select the metrics you want to track
Add them to your dashboards
Requirements:- A Databox account (Free plan available)- Zendesk Support account with API access
