How to install

  1. From your Zenchat Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Account > API & SDKs.

  2. Select 'Add API Client' and enter the client name and company.

  3. Contact Haptik at enterprise@haptik.ai to create your bot and generate your redirect URL, client ID, and client secret.

  4. Haptik will share the OAuth permission-granting URL. Navigate to this page and click 'Allow here'.

Zendesk Chat is now connected to your Haptik bot!
