How to install

  1. Install Return Rabbit: Click the ‘Install’ button on this page.

  2. Configuration Post-Installation: After installation, enter the APIkey.

  3. Assign the desired users and groups who should have access to ReturnRabbit.

Steps to Obtain API Keys from Return Rabbit:

  1. Access Return Rabbit Portal: Log into the Return Rabbit portal.

  2. Manage API Tokens: Navigate to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Manage APITokens’.

  3. Generate a New Token: Click on ‘Generate a token’.

  4. For API scope, choose ‘Service Request API’.

  5. Integration Details: In the ‘Details’ section, input your Zendeskintegration specifics.

  6. Emergency Contact Information: Provide an emergency contact for anynecessary communications regarding API changes.

  7. Finalize Token Generation: Complete the token generation process. Aconfirmation will show up indicating that the token is ready.

  8. Implement API Key in Zendesk: Copy the newly generated API token.

  9. Paste the token into the designated ‘ReturnRabbitAPI_Key’ field onthe Return Rabbit configuration page within Zendesk.
