How to install

Follow these steps to set up the Zenloop Survey app:

  1. Log in to your Zenloop account at https://app.zenloop.com

  2. Navigate to Settings > API Settings to find your Organization ID

  3. Go to Surveys > Select your survey > Settings to find your Survey ID

  4. Enter these values in the app settings:

    • Organization ID: Your Zenloop organization identifier

    • Survey ID: The ID of the survey you want to send

  5. Click Install

The app will now automatically send surveys when tickets are closed.
