How to install
Step 1: Install the App
Click the Install button to add Thank You Autosolve GPT to your Zendesk account.
Step 2: Open the App
After installation, find the app icon in the left navigation bar of your Zendesk Support dashboard.
Step 3: Connect Your Zendesk Account
Click the "Connect Zendesk" button and authorize the app to access your Zendesk account. This creates the necessary webhook and trigger automatically.
Step 4: Configure Settings (Optional)
Enable auto-reply if you want the app to send a friendly response to customers when their thank-you message is detected.
Step 5: Done!
The app will now automatically detect and resolve thank-you ticket reopens. You can monitor activity from the app panel.
