How to install
Setting up Survicate with Zendesk is quick and easy:
- Sign up or log in to your Survicate account here.
- Create your first survey. Choose ‘Email or Shareable Link’ as your distribution method. Use an intuitive drag and drop builder to build your survey from scratch or generate an entire survey in seconds with an AI prompt. You can also browse over 100+ survey templates for inspiration.
Add your survey to Zendesk emails. Either share a direct link or embed the first question directly into an email using an HTML code. You’ll find both options in the ‘Share’ tab of your survey settings.Note: Zendesk allows HTML only in specific areas, listed here.
