How to install
Install the app and then configure the settings within Endear. You will need to provide your Endear with your Zendesk subdomain, email, and API key.
To create a Zendesk API Key follow these instructions.
Go to: Admin Center > Apps and integrations > APIs, Zendesk API
Check "I agree…"
Click "Get Started"
Click "Settings"
Enable Token Access
Click "Add API token"
(Optional) Enter a description (e.g., "Endear")
Copy the token
Paste the token into Endear integration settings
Click Save
