How to install
How to Install Iframe Embedder
- Click Install to begin the installation process.
- You’ll be redirected to your Zendesk Admin Center (ensure you have admin rights).
In the app settings, enter the external web page URL you want to embed.
- Click Install again to complete setup.
How to Access the App
- Go to your Zendesk Agent Workspace.
Open any ticket.
- In the ticket sidebar, you’ll see the Iframe Embedder panel displaying the configured web page.
That’s it! Your external page will now be visible directly inside Zendesk, making it easier to access external tools, dashboards, or reports without switching tabs.
