Twitter is about what's happening and what people are talking about right now. It's also a place where customers can start a public conversation with your brand. The Tweet Preview app is expanding Zendesk Twitter integration capabilities, allowing your agents to do more without leaving Zendesk agent workspace.
The app allows your agents to be more productive by better understanding the context of the Twitter conversation.With this app, they can:
View which Tweet it replies to
View and play attached videos and audio files without opening a new window

How to install
- Click Install button to install the app. It's free.
Check how the app works: Open any ticket created from the Twitter mention. You can search for tickets with via:twitter keyword.
Click the right panel apps and integrations icon to open the apps panel. You may need to scroll down to see the app if you have multiple apps installed. You should be able to see the app with Tweet content.
[optional] You can change to order of your Apps in Admin center -> Zenesk Support apps -> Reorder apps
If you are on the Zendesk Enterprise plan, you can create a Conditional Workspace for Twitter mentions so that the app will be the first to open on the right sidebar for Twitter tickets.
