The Ticket Field Manager app enables an administrator to quickly hide, require, or make read-only certain ticket fields in the agent interface.
Some of the fields available include:
requester
assignee
collaborator
sharedWith
status
ticket_form_id (the ticket form dropdown)
tags
type
priority
problem
custom_field_ID (e.g. custom_field_1234)
