SunCo Web Widget Conformance Status and Compliance Plan
Description of the Service
SunCo Web Widget is a product embedded into the websites of the customers. It provides
the possibility to communicate with bots and agents directly on the web page in real time,
giving access to Zendesk Messaging. Our product supports a broad range of user needs.
Conformance Status
The portions of our product covered by the European Accessibility Act observe the following standards:

Response to Compliance Gaps
While we are committed to ensuring our products are accessible to all users, we
recognize that there are currently limitations in the accessibility of the SunCo Web
Widget. A key point to highlight is that all customer reported issues are assigned the
highest priority. As an end user facing product, any bug reported by a customer is
immediately escalated and provided the quickest remediation date possible from the
product team’s capacity. Our product teams, in collaboration with Product Accessibility,
are actively addressing these issues to meet regulatory standards and uphold our core
values.
Continuous Improvement and Current Actions
Known accessibility issues identified through customer reports, audits, and internal
testing are being proactively addressed as a matter of priority.
An independent accessibility audit of the SunCo Web Widget is underway and the audit
report will be delivered in late June or early July 2025.
A new Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), along with a comprehensive plan to
address any remaining compliance gaps, will be published based on the findings of this
audit by the end of August 2025.
We remain dedicated to transparency and continuous improvement. We welcome
feedback from customers and will continue to update our accessibility roadmap in
accordance with audit findings and evolving regulations.
