How to install

Installation Instructions

  • Create an API Key

    • Sign up for a trial account at twig.so

    • Navigate to Menu → API Keys

    • Click Create New Key, name it (e.g. “Zendesk”)

    • Copy the generated API key

  • Install the Zendesk App

    • Find and install “Twig AI for Zendesk” in the Zendesk Marketplace

    • Paste your API key into the API Key field

    • Pin the app to your sidebar for easy access
