Nectar Desk's Zendesk integration lets you automatically Create Zendesk tickets based on Call Activity
Call Activity includes:
- Voicemails Received
- Missed Calls
- Completed Inbound Calls
- Completed Outbound Calls
Completed Calls and Voicemail tickets will include Direct link to the recordings

How to install
Make sure you have an active Nectar Desk and Zendesk account
Locate your Zendesk API Token for authorization purposes
Log into Nectar Desk Interface and go to Integrations section
Activate Zendesk Integration, enter you Zendesk URL and API Token
Select Call Activity you would like to log as a Zendesk ticket and click on Save button
