Zendesk Events Standards of Conduct

Welcome to Zendesk Events! We’re excited you’re joining us. To ensure a positive, enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:

Expected Behavior.

  1. Treat everyone with respect and courtesy.

  2. Communicate openly, clearly, and with purpose.

  3. Engage constructively and collaboratively, celebrating our shared successes.

  4. Act responsibly and thoughtfully to maintain a welcoming environment, including during networking and social events.

  5. Behave honestly and ethically, showing care and empathy.

  6. Use event facilities and resources responsibly, including digital tools and platforms.

  7. Drink alcohol responsibly in designated areas and smoke only in designated areas.

  8. Adhere to Zendesk’s or your organization’s Code of Conduct, internal policies, and applicable laws.

Unacceptable Behavior.

Please refrain from:

  1. Harassment or discrimination of any kind, including related to race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

  2. CDisruptive, hostile, or harmful behavior toward others or their property, whether physical or digital.

  3. Unauthorized recording or photography.

  4. Using or possessing illegal substances.

  5. Bringing weapons to the event.

  6. Creating disturbances or engaging in illegal activities.

Safety and Security.

Your safety is important. Please:

  1. Follow all event health and safety guidelines.

  2. Promptly report any safety concerns or incidents to event staff.

  3. Use technology responsibly to protect digital security.

  4. Zendesk employees will comply with the Physical and Electronic Security Policies and Life Safety Policies.

Reporting and Enforcement.

If you witness or experience unacceptable behavior, please notify event staff immediately or email compliance@zendesk.com or gss@zendesk.com. All reports will be handled promptly and confidentially. Violations may lead to removal from the event or future events without a refund. Zendesk employees who violate these standards may face disciplinary actions.

By attending this event, you agree to these Standards of Conduct, which are non-negotiable. Zendesk may update these Standards as necessary.
