XCHK by Maclawran LLC provides real-time identity verification for remote interactions. Our platform verifies location, authenticates devices, and captures session evidence to help organizations confirm who they are dealing with.
XCHK Verification lets Zendesk agents launch a live video verification session directly from a ticket sidebar. The app verifies the requester's real-time location against their expected location and checks device authenticity including browser language/timezone spoofing and VPN/proxy detection.
After the session, PASS or FAIL results are posted back to the Zendesk ticket as an internal note with tags, and can trigger Zendesk automations. When Zendesk OAuth is connected in XCHK, results sync automatically back to the ticket.

Como instalar
In XCHK helpdesk, open API & Webhooks → Integrations and generate an API key.
In Zendesk Admin → Apps and integrations → Zendesk Support apps, install XCHK Verification.
Set the XCHK integrator token to the API key from step 1 (secure field).
Set XCHK base URL to
https://in.xchk.io(or your XCHK host).Optionally set Zendesk subdomain override if auto-detection fails.
In XCHK, go to API & Webhooks → Zendesk and connect OAuth to enable automatic PASS/FAIL ticket sync.
