GIPHY helps people add visual expression to digital conversations with a large library of GIFs and stickers.

What This App Does

GIPHY for Zendesk lets agents search for GIFs and stickers from inside the Zendesk ticket editor and insert selected media directly into a reply. Agents can browse trending content or search by keyword without leaving Zendesk.

Privacy Notice

To provide search and content results, this app sends search queries and related request information to GIPHY. When an agent selects a GIF or sticker, the app inserts the selected media into the Zendesk ticket reply. The app also stores limited local browser data, such as recent app state and search preferences, to improve the in-app experience.

This app does not require agents to provide Zendesk API tokens or customer-managed OAuth credentials for its core functionality. Como instalar

Once you've added the GIPHY for Zendesk app, look for the GIPHY logo in the toolbar below your ticket reply editor; click the icon to reveal the GIPHY pane. From there, simply search for a GIF (or browse through dozens of hand-picked categories) and click on it to add it to the body of your ticket.
