Login to your Savio Vault.
Navigate to Integrations (top right corner)
Enabled the Zendesk integration in Savio
After enabling the integration select Configure Savio for Zendesk App
Copy your access token
Install the Savio for Zendesk App
Paste your access token into the Savio for Zendesk settings screen
