Como instalar

Installation

  1. In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations → Zendesk Support apps
  2. Select Upload private app
  3. Enter the App name

  4. Upload the app zip file

Configure the App

  1. Set the Title shown to agents
  2. Enter the Zendesk Username (admin)
  3. Enter the Zendesk Webhook URL (provided by RWS)
  4. Enter the Zendesk Subdomain

Language Weaver Cloud

  • Select Cloud if registered (only one service can be used)

  • Enter the Cloud Base URL

  • Choose login type: API or User Credentials

API Login

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

User Credential Login

  • User email

  • User password

  • (Optional) Set a default model name for all agents

Language Weaver Edge

  • Select Edge if registered (Cloud and Edge are mutually exclusive)

  • Enter Edge Base URL and Port

  • Enter Edge username and password

  • Click Install to complete setup

Authentication and App Initiation

  1. Open any ticket in Zendesk Support

  2. Click the Language Weaver app in the sidebar

  3. Select Connect Zendesk Account
  4. Approve permissions

  5. Confirm successful OAuth connection

If settings are incorrect, the app will display an error with guidance at https://docs.rws.com.
