How to install

  1. Login to Netomi AI Studio -> Go to Settings -> Integrations -> Support Desk & Business Software and select SUNSHINE CONVERSATIONS
  2. Provide the following information * EndPoint URL : This will be provided by Netomi. * webhook_address : This will be provided by Netomi.

  3. Click on Connect to Sunshine Conversations
  4. After successfully connecting to Sunshine Conversations, go to your Zendesk account, Admin Center →Channels → Bots and automation → Bots → Manage bots, and Click on "Connect" for Netomi Virtual Agent for Messaging listed under Marketplace bots
  5. For uninstalling, go to your Zendesk account, Admin Center →Channels → Bots and automation → Bots → Manage bots, and Click on "Uninstall" for Netomi Virtual Agent for Messaging listed under Marketplace bots
