This app allows support agents to create tasks in Productive using information from Zendesk tickets, improving workflow and reducing manual work.

Data Handling & Privacy:

This application accesses and processes limited Zendesk ticket data strictly required for its functionality.

• Data Collection: The app may access ticket information such as ticket ID, subject, description, requester details, and any fields needed to create tasks in Productive. It also uses securely stored configuration data such as API keys and organization identifiers.

• Data Usage: Data is used solely to create and sync tasks in Productive based on Zendesk ticket information. No data is used for advertising, analytics unrelated to functionality, or profiling.

• Data Storage: Sensitive credentials (such as API keys) are stored securely using Zendesk’s secure storage mechanisms. The app does not persist customer ticket content beyond what is required for processing.

• Data Sharing: Data is transmitted securely to Productive’s API only to perform task creation and synchronization. No customer data is sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

• Access Control: Access to data is restricted to authorized systems and services required for app functionality.

• Security Measures: The app uses HTTPS encryption, secure API communication, and follows industry-standard security practices to protect data in transit and at rest.

• Compliance: This app complies with Zendesk Marketplace security and privacy requirements.
