Setup only takes a few moments, doesn't slow down your live store, and the Zendesk integration is included with your Metorik account. You can also connect Zendesk inside Metorik to view related tickets for customers and orders, and create new tickets directly from Metorik.

Data Handling & Privacy This app displays Zendesk tickets in Metorik and Metorik data within Zendesk. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. No data is stored outside of your Zendesk and Metorik account. For more information, see the Metorik Privacy Policy.

Como instalar

Firstly, make sure that you have a store set up on Metorik.

For Metorik's Zendesk App: When you install the app, you'll be asked for a token. You can get this from your store's Metorik integration settings. Copy the token over into the app's Zendesk settings.

For connecting Zendesk in Metorik: Go to your store's Metorik integration settings, click Zendesk, enter your Zendesk subdomain, and Metorik will send you to Zendesk to authorize the connection.
