The Agent Ticket Counts app lets you quickly see ticket counts for each agent in your installation.

Features:

  • See ticket counts for each user, divided by ticket status and total.

  • Show overall counts per status, including counts of unassigned tickets.

  • Filter agents by group or organization.

  • Sort agents by name, or by any of the specific counts, in either ascending or descending order.

  • Light agents are not displayed

  • Suspended agents are not displayed by default, but can be displayed through a setting.

  • Counts are automatically refreshed every time you open the app.

How to install

Simply click install. The only app setting is 'Include Suspended Agents'; if you select it, suspended agents will be visible in the app.
