How to install

Ensure you have an account in both Zoho Sprints and Zendesk.

Steps to install

  1. From your Zoho Sprints account, click Setup and go to Marketplace > All > Zendesk for Zoho Sprints.

  2. Click Install on the top right corner.

  3. Choose your Project and Accessibility preferences and click Install Now.

  4. Enter your Zendesk Sub-Domain and click Save&Next.

  5. Authorize your connections and triggers.

Zendesk extension will now be installed in your Zoho Sprints as well as in your Zendesk account. Visit your Zendesk tickets to start using this extension.
