Primary Phone Picker allows Zendesk Agents to update a requester's primary phone number.If an end-user has multiple phone numbers listed, only the 'first number' can be sent SMS.This app displays all phone numbers associated with a requester in the right-hand side of a ticket. Selecting a number and submitting temporarily removes and then restores your phone numbers in the correct order, placing the chosen number first.
The cost is a one-time charge. There are no additional costs. Feedback and suggestions are welcome!
How to install
Choose your subdomain and click install.
Choose your role restrictions if necessary and finish installation.
You'll find the app in the sidebar of any tickets with an assigned requester.
