Como instalar

1. Install CXBOX Commerce in Zendesk:

  • Log in to your Zendesk account.

  • Click Install and follow the on-screen prompts to select the Zendesk account for integration.Step 2 Image

2. Link eCommerce Platforms:

  • Log in to the CXBOX Console.Step 3 ImageStep 4 Image
  • Navigate to Account > Add Shop and select the desired eCommerce platform (Shopify, Lazada, or Shopee).Step 5 Image

3. Verify and Test Integration:

  • Use the Order Information feature in Zendesk to test order lookup for each connected platform.Step 6 ImageStep 7 Image
  • Ensure tickets are created and resolved automatically where applicable.
