Calculate number of business days up to the due date in the custom field upon opening the ticket, and show alert if calculated days are less than or equal to the number entered in settings.
By default, calculation is based on regular calendar with weekends and holidays. Custom schedule can be used by entering Schedule ID in the setting.

This app does not collect any data entered by users.
Data entered by users is stored within Zendesk.
Such data is stored and used only within Zendesk and is never stored outside of Zendesk.
Furthermore, no data is shared with any third parties.
The data is handled strictly within the scope necessary to provide the service and, unless explicitly disclosed, it is never used for unintended purposes such as training AI models.
Additionally, no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data will be shared without user consent.

Como instalar
Install the application by clicking the installation button in the Zendesk Marketplace.
Setting:
Enter the field ID of the Date custom field.
Set the number of days for triggering the alert.
Enter the text to be displayed in the alert.
Enter Schedule ID. (Optional)
Check the checkbox to show the alert only when the comment is public. (Optional)
