How to install

  1. Ensure you have purchased the Advanced Data Privacy and Protection add-on in Zendesk.
  2. Install the app from the Zendesk marketplace.

  3. Open any support ticket in your Zendesk account.

  4. Locate our app named Access Logs in the ticket sidebar on the right side of your screen.

  5. Find the event logs associated with the opened ticket in our app.
