With the app, you can set timers to trigger delayed tickets and conversation updates. You can set unlimited timers for up to 15 minutes with 1-second accuracy.

Some of the use cases:

• Dynamically update conversation Title

• Send the CSAT survey 10 seconds after the ticket is solved.

• Close tickets 10 minutes after CSAT is offered.

• Notify customers in messaging chats about solving the ticket.

• Send greetings with an agent's name when a chat is assigned to the agent.

• Solve messaging tickets in 10 minutes following end-user inactivity.

• Notify the supervisor if a conversation was not updated in 120 seconds.

• Send custom messages with embeddables. E.g. a custom CSAT.

What app does

The app adds a webhook and trigger example. You can use Zendesk Support triggers to:

• Add a tag to a ticket with a 0-900 second delay (the delay is a parameter).
  
• Send a configurable message to the conversation.
  

You can build a chain of other actions following ticket updates with added tags.
