How to install

Installation Instructions

  • Install the BlockSurvey App:

    • Go to the Zendesk Marketplace and search for 'BlockSurvey'.

    • Click 'Install' and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

  • Create a Survey in BlockSurvey:

    • Log in to your BlockSurvey account.

    • Create a survey that you want to share through Zendesk.

  • Connect BlockSurvey with Zendesk:

    • In BlockSurvey, go to the 'Integrate' tab.

    • Select 'Zendesk' and follow the steps to connect your Zendesk account.

  • Start Sharing Surveys:
