Como instalar
Getting Started
Set up Zendesk Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot by following these steps:
1. Install Microsoft Copilot Integration
Click Install at the top-right of the page. Next, select Add Connection to start setup.
2. Connect to Microsoft
Sign in and finish the required authentication to link to your Microsoft Tenant.
3. Add Zendesk Agent to Copilot
Once setup is complete, Microsoft admin installs Zendesk Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot and gives access to users.
That's it! Your team is ready to use Zendesk Support from inside Microsoft 365 Copilot!
