ConfigMap

ConfigMap is a powerful admin tool that maps and visualizes relationships across your Zendesk configuration, helping you understand dependencies before making changes.

Search any object—such as triggers, automations, groups, macros, views, SLA policies, ticket fields, forms, statuses, tags, or brands—and instantly see where it is referenced and what it impacts.

The app provides a bidirectional view of relationships, showing both what an object depends on and what depends on it. Impact analysis cards summarize related objects by type, making it easy to assess risk, identify hidden dependencies, and avoid unintended side effects.

A two-panel interface allows you to quickly navigate between objects, view detailed metadata, and explore relationships through organized, collapsible sections. Built-in filters for object type and active status help narrow results, while Admin Center deep links provide quick access to make configuration updates directly inside Zendesk.

ConfigMap enhances the Zendesk experience by giving administrators and operations teams greater visibility, faster impact analysis, and improved confidence when managing complex support environments.

Pricing

ConfigMap is currently available at an early adopter rate of $49.99 per Zendesk instance for customers who install before August 2026 or before the first 250 installs are reached.

After the early adopter period ends, the standard pricing will be $149.99 per Zendesk instance.
