The official Onetime Secret app for Zendesk Support. Create encrypted, self-destructing links to share passwords, credentials, and other sensitive data with customers directly from your ticket workspace.
Secrets are encrypted at rest, viewable exactly once, then permanently deleted. Supports all Onetime Secret regions (US, EU, CA, UK, NZ) and custom domains for branded sharing links.
Data access: This app does not read any Zendesk ticket or account data. Agents manually enter content into the app's form field. The only Zendesk interaction is appending the generated link to the ticket comment composer when the agent clicks "Insert into Comment." Requests to the Onetime Secret API are routed through the ZAF server-side proxy to the configured region.

Como instalar
Sign in to your Onetime Secret account at your chosen region (e.g. us.onetimesecret.com).
Navigate to your account page and generate an API key.
Enter your account email as the API Username.
Paste your API key into the API Key field.
Select your region (us, eu, ca, uk, or nz). Defaults to us if left blank.
Optionally enter your custom domain if you have one configured.
