Privacy and data disclosure: eazyBI imports Zendesk ticket, user, organization, and group data via the Zendesk API. Imported data is stored securely on eazyBI Cloud servers and is used solely for generating reports and dashboards. For details, see the eazyBI privacy policy.

Como instalar
eazyBI is available as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
Go to eazybi.com and start a 30-day free trial (or go directly to eazyBI sign-up).
After creating your eazyBI account, go to Source Data > Source Applications and click Add new source application. Choose Zendesk and click Create.
Enter your Zendesk site URL (e.g. https://company.zendesk.com).
Select whether it is a private or public Zendesk account.
For private accounts, click Authorize to securely connect via OAuth. You will be redirected to Zendesk to grant eazyBI read-only access to your data.
Once authorized, click Continue to start importing your Zendesk data and creating reports.
