Zendesk Labs is an extension of the Zendesk Product Team. We work on cutting edge solutions and new technologies to make your Customer Experience better.
Zendesk Labs is an innovation lab from Zendesk. We work closely with Product, Engineering, Product Design, Sales, Success, and Professional Services to identify areas where brands would like to innovate, particularly beyond the core Support use cases that Zendesk specializes in.
As a Labs department, our solutions are equivalent to being in beta. The app may not be feature complete, may contain bugs and may be withdrawn at any time.
